If I may now leave you with words from Source:
"There are many names and more names are invented, when it comes to alternative healing. Yet there are only two basic categories. One that deals with energy manipulation and the other which entails herbs, minerals and vitamins. The field is growing and will become, at one point in time, the primary way of treatment."
"The second type deals with administration of substances such as vitamins, minerals, herbs and other organic materials. Unfortunately, the knowledge level of and the proper amounts are not known. The body is capable in eliminating most of the excesses however, prolonged use of some may have damaging effects. This include Homeopathic administration of vitamins. This field is really in its infancy, yet it is far above the damaging and deadly use of prescribed or over the counter medicines. Contrary to what the doctors say, the total action on human system, by all of the drugs, have never been studied nor understood."
