I had initially been of the premise that LOVE was all that was needed so as to further enlighten oneself.

Upon further reflection, meditation, reading and research, I was surprised to realize that although love is, and shall always be, a key piece of the cosmic puzzle, there is, in actual fact, a more crucial piece that has been missing for some time; namely, OURSELVES.

Caught up in the web of competition, greed, jealousy, envy and hate, we have been lost to ourselves for a very long time.

As the ultimate driver of one's life, we have been asleep at the wheel for far too long.

We have completely forgotten who we are. We have forgotten how to celebrate the expanse and greatness of all life.

As we awaken and become more aware, our life is filled with the vibrations of love, peace, joy, wisdom and harmony. As one both experiences and emanates these vibrations, one discovers who they really are.

I have always wanted to write on a topic that I felt passionate about. This is that book, or rather e-book; an 84 page document, complete with hyperlinks to a multitude of online resources as well as a complete bibliography.

My dear friend Joelle Houze, born in Strasbourg, France, has spent 24 years at Yuin University in Los Angeles, California working as an acupuncturist. In addition, she has worked at the Griffith Observatory, as well as at NASA, serving on the board of International Society for Astrological Research (ISAR).
